Matthew A. Crosby, Attorney

Matthew Crosby has 40 years of experience in civil litigation, probate and trust litigation, probate and trust administration, estate planning, and representation of individuals and corporations in all aspects of tax, securities, formation and operation, and planning and financing of corporate transactions. Matthew has considerable experience in all areas of corporate and real property law, including fiduciary duty and shareholder disputes, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, class actions, deeds, deeds of trust, leases, and complex real estate matters. He has testified in court as an expert witness on shareholder issues.

Matthew has litigated and tried numerous cases to victory throughout the United States, including civil, probate, quasi-criminal, and bankruptcy actions. His expertise extends to all facets of litigation, trial, and appeals.
