Michael Crosby has secured numerous trial victories in counties throughout Northern California, as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of California. Michael has litigated and tried civil, probate, and bankruptcy matters to juries, judges, and arbitrators. He has successfully briefed and argued multiple cases before the 1st District Court of Appeal and 6th District Court of Appeal.

Michael Crosby is skilled and experienced in all aspects of litigation and trial. In the course of representing clients, he has drafted pleadings, propounded and responded to written discovery, taken and defended depositions throughout the United States, prepared and filed motions, conducted research, directed case strategy, composed all manner of trial documents, conducted jury selection and voir dire, given opening statements, engaged in direct and cross-examination of witnesses, given closing arguments, and managed post-trial motions and appeals.
